Peter Lachance, MSEE, MBA
Peter Lachance has decades of leadership experience from running businesses and from coaching business leaders to make their companies perform well.  WorkMatching™ is a key tool in support his work to improve the performance of his clients' businesses.

Companies will almost always have some people in roles where they don't belong and they'll usually have employees who could fill those roles but their natural talents go unrecognized.  Selecting the right people for the right roles is the single biggest contributor to sustainabe growth and profits.

Peter owns and runs The Quintessence Corp., which has been in business for over 20 years.  As a business performance and executive coach he's worked with hundreds of entrepreneurs, business owners, and the leadership teams.  He's held three "C" level jobs, including Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and VP-HR & Chief Learning Officer.  He earned an MS in Electrical Engineering from Syracuse University and an MBA in Organizational Behavior from RPI.

Peter has been using his WorkMatching™ process since before setting up The Quintessence Corp.  Over the course of over 25 years, thousands of people benefitted from his process.
